Production of the ventilated granaries of silo (towering) type and building of granaries is the basis of business of Business Company "LORD".

Company "LORD" was founded in 1994. The Company is one of leading enterprises of Ukraine in the field of granaries production.

Specialists of the Company have the considerable experience in the field of building of granaries, planning of grain elevators, assembling and wiring works, application of the computer control systems to grain elevator.

Creation and expansion of sphere of influence at the market of grain storage will be long-term strategic task of the Company. Basic directions of Company development are determined for execution of strategic task, taking into account the use of strong sides of the Company and decrease of influencing of weak sides. Such development requires the capital investments in creation of new production capacities and providing of stable and effective deliveries of corn.

Within the framework of investment project Company "LORD" planes to create the network of line elevators in Nikolaev, Kherson, Dnepropetrovsk and Zaporozhye regions of Ukraine, and also building of terminal storage grain elevator in the port zone of Nikolaev.

For realization of the proposed program Company would like to attract an investment funds in volume 18,626,509.00$.

The geographical location of the company "LORD" is very favorably to realization of the project.

The basic production capacities of the company "LORD" are positioned on the territory bordering to the port region of Nikolaev.

Nikolaev oblast is situated in the geographical center of south of Ukraine, in a closeness to the regions of Ukraine, which traditionally engaged in growing of corn cultures.

The environmental and climatic conditions of the Nikolaev region assist to intensive development of agriculture and growing of corn cultures.

The Company "LORD" will place the corn cultures intended for the dispatch to the terminal elevator on regional line elevators. Each line elevator will have 14000 tons storage capacity. Regional line elevators will be incorporated in to network.

The network will carry out preliminary accumulation and necessary additional processing of corn (cleaning, drying). They will send the prepared corn to the terminal elevator of the Company for forming of ship parties and implementation of export contracts
